AFTER SALE SERVICE

I. Warranty period
The warranty period is performed within one (01) year from the first day of delivery to the customer or until the vehicle runs 100,000 km depending on whichever comes first. Warranty will be fully transferred to the next vehicle owner (in case of a change of owner).

II. CASES NOT SUBJECT TO WARRANTY
Things are not covered by the warranty even though the vehicle is in the warranty warranty is not applicable in the following cases:
1. Maintenance service No warranty for normal maintenance services for the following items. Any damage is not covered by the warranty. – Cleaning the oil system – Adjusting the engine – Checking and adjusting the brakes – Adjusting the clutch system – Replacing normal wear parts such as: Air filter, fuse, belt, light bulb, brush and generator engines, brake pads and brake pads, rubber parts (except for rubber feet), taper discs, oil filters and other filters.
2. Items that are damaged by abrasion, breakage …. – Furniture – Splints, three shock mounts and body parts – Raining – Brake pads or brake pads, drum brakes – Clutch discs – Rubber details such as rubber tubes, belts, door gaskets
3. Damages are caused by the surrounding environment Damage is due to industrial chemicals, acid rain, salt, pollen dust, storms, light or other environmental conditions not covered by the warranty. .
4. Damage is caused by improper use Any damage or damage caused by improper use of the following accessories will not be covered – Whistle – Battery – Tire – Control, operate the vehicle not in accordance with the instructions in the user manual – Use the car in races or under test conditions – Use dirty or improperly used oil, brake fluid – No warranty in accordance with the rules specified – Overload.
5. Non-genuine parts – Any damage or failure in the operation of the vehicle due to the use of modified non-genuine parts is not covered by the warranty – Any damage or damage in operation of the car due to repair in non-VIDA Buses warranty stations are not warranted.
6. Change the meter: We do not guarantee any vehicle with a meter to be changed, so that the exact measurement cannot be determined without warranty.
7. Unexpected costs arising from detailed errors or assembly errors of any spare parts are not covered by warranty. These costs include: – Telephone and telegraph costs – Car rental costs – Towing costs – Travel, accommodation or catering – Damage or loss of personal property – Time and damage Business and trade – Compensation for customers’ inconvenience.
